fun all around!!

Picking our X-mas tree!!!!

This year at Thanksgiving we got to go with my parents and search for a Christmas tree at the tree farm. We walked up and down and looked and looked. Finally we found one I found it and dad approved!!! The kids had a blast searching for the tree. Max got to use Rusty's knife and make the first cut. He thought it was so cool. So when we got home I had the fever for a real Christmas tree. I checked the ones out at Walmart and they were no good. So Rusty said to check Ace. Oh my beautiful trees!!!!! They were all absolutely perfect, green, full and beautiful.

So we got one. Here is Kinley eating her ice cream watching daddy get the tree ready.

Surprise Grandpa Lee!!!!

My dad called and said he was on his way down a couple of weeks ago to visit. It was so exciting! We love it when people come to visit us. The kids were stoked and were so happy to see him. He is such a kid at heart. I love this picture of him. He is so stinkin tough for a grandpa. He jumped up to the branch and pulled himself up the stinkin tree like a monkey. LOL!

Max thought it was so awesome and funny. So here they are the two little monkeys hanging in the tree!!! They played and played up there until grandpa's bum got tired:) He told Max that when grandpa was his age he would have been up at the very top and trying to climb on the house. Don't give him any ideas dad!

Max had so much fun and pretty much laughed his guts out while he was here. He is so fun to play with and loves the kids so much. Thanks dad for playing and having so much fun.

Here she is little miss cranky face! Man can she give you some mean looks. I hope she grows out of that:) Grandpa was getting a kick out of her crazy hair the whole time. He kept saying you looked just like that when you were a kid. LOL! This is her frowny face!!!

And Grandpa Lee finally got her to smile by doing frowny face...... happy face!!!!!!!! And she is so stinkin cute when she smiles. Thanks for helping her burst out of her cranky bubble.

PRAYER

Kinley Joye 18 months

My precious little sweet heart and her beautiful bloomed rose. She loved picking the roses at Grandma Joye's house. She looks so cute in this pic I love it. It reminds me of me when I was a toddler. She looks just like me right now.

The other morning we were having pancakes for breakfast and Rusty, Max, and Kinley were eating. When I got the table with my food kinley started tapping Rusty and saying , DADDY....DADDY....DADDY! He says what and she folds her arms and closes her eyes. She was telling us we needed to say the prayer. My heart just sank as I looked at him with a tear in my eye.... our One year old just reminded us to say the blessing on the food. My heart was full of gratitude and happiness that my children really do pay attention to the things we teach them. I love her so much and for her obedience she already has. I love my family and my baby girl you are an example to me.

Max had so much fun this year playing flag football. We got him some cleats and he was so excited to run so fast like DASH in them. He focused so much better this year. We were so proud of our little guy.

Today was the day we found out we are going to get a baby brother!!!!

Max and Rusty were so excited that they were right and I was wrong. Max says to me you were wrong and I was right!!!! He is still rubbing it in.

No mistake he is a HE :)

This is the 3D image that they got for us of his back, bum, legs, and cute little feet. It was cool to see it that way. It makes it feel so reassuring everything is okay. They couldn't get a real good one of his face he was covering it with his hand the whole time.

This is the profile picture of the face. He was so wiggly that they were having a hard time getting any good pics. That's the story of our babies little non-stop crack heads. I wouldn't have it any other way. The Dr. said that if they are crazy in the womb they will grow up to be very active and successful adults. I think he was just trying to make me feel better.

Kinda funny story about the day. I woke up and got all ready and looked at my outfit and I was totally wearing blue. Ahh..... the first thing of course I thought was well we are having a boy! So I being certain it was a girl I went back and changed my clothes to pink and dressed the kids in pink and red too. Rusty was even wearing red so I thought for sure that was going to work out in our favor. Well that didn't work of course. I am extremely grateful for a boy cause I do boys way better than little girls, but I guess I just had it set that I was going to have a boy , girl, girl like my mom. I am so grateful the Lord has made it possible for us to have healthy, happy, amazingly awesome children. I love them with all my heart and am so thankful and anxious to get this little guy here.

So I need to get the picture of me at this same age doing the same thing. Taking a swig of my mom's 32 oz drink. Flash back of me when I was little. She has her daddy's build, but looks just like me in the face lately.

Me and my dirty, cranky face girl. She is so nice and content all of the time, but man she always has this cranky face. I think her face looked dirty like this the whole camping trip. I couldn't keep her clean so I finally stopped cleaning it off and just let her get dirty.

Oh I love you! You have your front four teeth on top and bottom and you are starting to talk like crazy. You say "Thank You" so dang cute and then you laugh after cause everyone else does too. You say love you, daddy, mommy, cookie, juice, NO.... max just taught you that one.

You love playing on mom and dad's bed. Especially playing tent under the covers with Max. He always can make you laugh. You love giving hugs and kisses to us. You pucker right up and give the best kisses.

We love you baby girl and you mean the world to our family. We love your crazy , stubborn personality and your loving nature that you have. You are so content and easy going, but have this little hidden attitude. You are a beautiful daughter of heavenly father and we love to see you growing up. Always know we love you and cherish the moments we have together.

Max first days of preschool!!!!

Max is so excited to start pre school this year! Here he is on his get to know you party. He looked so stinkin handsome. We had a melt down on the way because he wanted to wear his lego star wars light up shoes. Well mean mom wouldn't let him cause they are only two sizes to small. Well i forced him to wear his new chucks and he was not happy, but by the time we got there he chilled out. Last year it was over shirts this year over shoes.

He knows what he wants:)

His real first day of school at Miss Christy's. He loves her so much and he loves to show her his new cool shirt he is wearing. He looks so big.

Lately my heart has been so full of LOVE. This little children's book we got at the library says it all. Everyone in my life means so much to me and I love my family with all my heart. I am so grateful for the fun times we have together and even for the sad. We grow so much together and know the Lord is near. I just want you all to know I LOVE YOU all so dear.
